Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be shipped & delivered.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders—no extra costs, just care delivered to your doorstep.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not just yet, but we’re getting there. For now, if you have a bulk order request, reach out to us directly —we’d love to make it happen.
The product was damaged in transit. What should I do?
We take utmost care to ensure every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives broken or damaged, we’re happy to replace it after reviewing photos and videos shared by you.
Please note: minor dents or bends in the outer packaging do not affect the quality of the product. Kindly email our Customer Experience Team at care@marmarituals.com with supporting images, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Can I return my product(s)?
Each of our products is mindfully handcrafted with care and intention. As a policy, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, if you have any quality concerns, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help.
Is it safe for children?
Our formulations are plant-powered and made with gentle, natural ingredients. While they are generally safe, we always recommend doing a patch test and consulting your physician—especially for young children or those with sensitive skin or allergies.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
