You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it, provided the items have not yet been dispatched. You can cancel your order through two mechanisms:
(i) Log in to your account on our website and initiate a cancellation request.
(ii) Contact our Customer Care team (on working days only) for assistance.If the order is not cancelled within the one-hour window, we will not be able to process a cancellation request.
Please note: Upon cancellation, a 2.5% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank’s timelines.
