  • Shake well & pour a generous amount of oil into our neem wood spoon (included).

  • Swish for 5-10 mins.

  • Spit the liquid in a bin & rinse with water.

  • Allow a 15-minute interval between oil pulling and brushing.

Reviving ancestral practices

My grandfather used to use neem wood for cleaning of his teeth. I have been brought up with so much ancestral wisdom and rituals that when i saw Pure Pull on instagram, it felt like a letter from past. I love that the formulation is made of some of the best known herbs for oral care infused with our favourite Coconut oil at base. The benefits of oil pulling are amazing from maintaining good saliva Ph to keeping those pearly whites shining. I also like how it helps with mouth ulcers.

Perfect addition to my morning ritual
