How To Use

Wipe the gua sha before use.
Wash your face with cold water and gently pat dry.
Apply a dropperful of our hemp oil on your face & décolletage to hydrate and prepare your skin for lymphatic massage.
Massage with a mushroom gua sha to support holistic health (refer the Marma Manual for Marma points & more details on massage strokes).
Clean with mild soap and damp cloth after use.
Refrigerate the gua sha for a cooling effect.
