Exchange & Refund policy

We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds.

However, if your product arrives broken or damaged and is not in a usable condition, we’ll replace it after verification. Please report such cases to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and videos of the packaging and product.


    • We will not be responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

      If a return is approved (in special cases), we recommend using secure packaging and a tracked courier service.
